Fathima

It’s been a long while since I opened my cupboard, where I stored my nostalgias. I found a box, a black box, just curious to know what was inside. I opened it, and yes, it was a treasure—an old rakhi. Suddenly my mind uttered, "Fathima." A cute girl with a sweet voice and a radiant smile, my junior. An unexpected visitor who walked into my life and became a piece of my heart. My thoughts wandered back to her presence, to the days of my teenage years, To the times we shared, roaming the school corridors and playing on the grounds. The care you gave me, just like only a little sister could. It was you, my sister in spirit. The love you had for music and your dreams of playing the guitar, The moments we spent immer...

The Inspiring Story of Jack Ma. How did the life of Jack Ma changed from Failure to Success?

Jack Ma is a Chinese business magnate, investor and philanthropist. He is the co-founder and executive chairman of Ali Baba, a multinational technology conglomerate. Ma is a strong proponent of a open and market driven economy. Ma is a ambassador for Chinese business and is often listed as one of the most powerful people.   He also serves as a role model for startup businesses. In 2017, Ma was ranked second in the annual "World's 50 Greatest Leaders". In September 2018,  he announced that he would retire from Alibaba and pursue educational work, philanthropy, and environmental causes.   As of 29 July 2020, with a net worth of $48.2 billion, Ma is the second-wealthiest person in China well as one of the wealthiest person in the world.

His earlier life was full of struggle and of failures. He belongs to a poor family in China. His life was a full of utter failure. He tried three times for University but he got rejected. He also applied for Harvard University for ten times, but then also he failed. He applied jobs for thirty times but got all rejected. It was really a very difficult moment on that time and he was so frustrated.

In 1994, he got a new idea to do something on Internet. But at first everybody rejected his idea and said it's not going to work. A lot of people said that Alibaba is a terrible model, but Jack Ma was not going to give up. He moved forward and work towards it. From inside he believed that something is waiting for him. Then he started his business and created some of his colleagues.  For the first three years, they did not had any revenue form their business. It was not easy. But he moved forward. He received lots of emails of thanks from the customers which was a positive feedback. Little by little they built up their business, and after 16 years they found the Ali Baba group. And that's how the Ali Baba made. Today Ali Baba's revenue is more than 70 billion dollars.

He is also a motivational speaker, his advice to the young people is that, "If you start something, nothing is easy and free. If you want to be successful you have to pay the price". An another advice he says that " Today is very tough, tomorrow is more tougher but the day after tomorrow is beautiful. If you want to make it beautiful you have to work hard. Every tough day, every tough situation, problems you meet, that is the training of yourself."

He also tells that to learn from the mistakes and failures. He says that we should learn from mistakes. If a  person fails, and if he is realizing his mistakes and if he is trying to change it, that person has opportunity.

In his personal life he learn a lot from those people who failed and made mistakes, and that is his life attitude. He says that "we might be making more mistakes and stupid decisions. But what we should is that we should learn and do again. And that's the Life Attitude".

The Boy I Was, The Man I Am

When I was a boy, I was told not to cry, Because I was taught, "Boys don’t cry." I learned to control my emotions, Never letting my tears flow down my cheeks. As a teen, I faced intrusive thoughts That held me back in my studies. I was teased and bullied by schoolmates, While teachers discriminated and insulted me for my marks. Each word and action Carved a scar deep in my heart. When I became a young adult, I felt the ache, the tender sting, In quiet places where changes cling. I woke at night, my sheets turned cold, A mystery unraveled, still untold. I felt the throb, the unfamiliar strain, A silent turmoil, a nameless pain. I walked this path, unknown and bare, Through fleeting shame and courage rare. I faced the nights and dreams that fell, Through aches and growth, I s...
