What is Nepotism? Where we can see Nepotism and how to deal with this issue?

                    What is Nepotism?

The term Nepotism is a favouring of relatives or personal friends because of their relationships rather than because of their abilities. This thing may happen in our life also. The people, who have a kind of Nepotism does not care about ours, but care for them who is his friends or relatives. It is a kind of favouritism shown by somebody in  power of relatives and friends, especially in appointing them to a good positions.

Where we can see this Nepotism?

We can see this issue in many places like office and many other professional fields, companies and also even schools and colleges. If we take the case in profession in which a business leader prioritizes hiring a family member over a non-family member. while it is a certainly a controversial topic in business ethics, it isn't inherently unethical to employ family members. They appoint them into good positions.

Here is an example:- Suppose there are two persons, Person A and Person B. They both work in the same business company. Here, the Person A is a relative of the manager of that company. So, the manager is more friendly with Person A than Person B, tough the Person A is not good in his job, while Person B is a hard worker.
But, here the manager is giving more importance to Person A, not due to his profession but due to his family relation. While Person who is a hard worker has does given any importance.

Here the Person A get more facilities and salary than Person B. The Person A might get less duties and Person B get more things to work and give them less salary. If a Person A get any problem he will care for him but if it get to Person B then he does not care and if Person A does not complete work on time, he will never be scolded but if the same thing the Person B does, then he might get scolded.

So, these are the kind of the situations of the Nepotism.

How we can deal with Nepotism?

There are certain things in which we can deal and overcome from this problem. Four main things:-

1.  Stay positive and believe in yourself:- Always try to stay positive, always fill positivity always be in your attitude and personality. Make yourself feel better.

2. Control your emotions and behave professionally:- Replace your thoughts in a positive way when you are getting any kind of sad emotions. Stay organized and show your commitment towards your profession.

3. Be in your positive thoughts:- Positive thoughts is a best way to control or replace anything. When you facing or suffering with this issue, sit lonely for sometimes and think about your best and enjoyment moments in your life. It will help you to forget the situation.

4.  Focus on your health:-  Exercise also helps to clear your mind, get a new perspective, and gather physical and mental strength to get up in the morning and face your issues. It will leave you feel better about yourself.

Before concluding I just want to tell you that always try to face any problems and issues. We should fight and overcome from this challenges. Stop thinking and care for those people who does not care for you or who does not cared in your problems.

Fathima

It’s been a long while since I opened my cupboard, where I stored my nostalgias. I found a box, a black box, just curious to know what was inside. I opened it, and yes, it was a treasure—an old rakhi. Suddenly my mind uttered, "Fathima." A cute girl with a sweet voice and a radiant smile, my junior. An unexpected visitor who walked into my life and became a piece of my heart. My thoughts wandered back to her presence, to the days of my teenage years, To the times we shared, roaming the school corridors and playing on the grounds. The care you gave me, just like only a little sister could. It was you, my sister in spirit. The love you had for music and your dreams of playing the guitar, The moments we spent immer...

The Boy I Was, The Man I Am

When I was a boy, I was told not to cry, Because I was taught, "Boys don’t cry." I learned to control my emotions, Never letting my tears flow down my cheeks. As a teen, I faced intrusive thoughts That held me back in my studies. I was teased and bullied by schoolmates, While teachers discriminated and insulted me for my marks. Each word and action Carved a scar deep in my heart. When I became a young adult, I felt the ache, the tender sting, In quiet places where changes cling. I woke at night, my sheets turned cold, A mystery unraveled, still untold. I felt the throb, the unfamiliar strain, A silent turmoil, a nameless pain. I walked this path, unknown and bare, Through fleeting shame and courage rare. I faced the nights and dreams that fell, Through aches and growth, I s...
